She Leads Wisconsin

About She Leads Wisconsin
She Leads Wisconsin is an independent branch initiative of She Leads America which recognizes Christian women for their leadership and service in fields such as government, health and wellness, sports, business, education, law, military, media and ministry.
She Leads Wisconsin, like its parent ministry She Leads America, is a Christian organization dedicated to recognizing and honoring Christian women who are leaders in their fields. Through its prayer initiatives, mentoring programs, and annual Honors Gala, the organization seeks to promote ethical leadership, encourage women, and address key issues related to faith and the preservation of biblical and constitutional principles at local, national, and world platforms.
Since its founding in 2020, She Leads America has grown into an organization that celebrates prominent Christian women making significant contributions to their communities and professions. Past honorees have included Olympic gold medalists, U.S. government leaders, influential Christian advocates from missionaries to musicians; educators to global leaders; literally all facets of where the great commission is calling women. The many creative ways God is using women to build a royal priesthood and Holy Nation for this chosen generation is nothing short of the book of Esther.

Sandra Warwick
With over 34 years of
experience as an
educator, Sandy has
devoted her life to
young minds both

Sandy and her husband make their home in Jim Falls, Wisconsin, where they established Warwickshire Flower Farm and Preserve—a tranquil 30-acre sanctuary dedicated to beauty, education, and conservation. They see the farm as a blessing from God and strive to honor that gift by using it to enrich the lives of others. The farm hosts educational classes, seasonal events, you-pick flower experiences, Sip & Snip gatherings, and bouquet bars—all designed to help people reconnect with nature, community, and faith. Every seed sown and bouquet shared is part of a greater mission: to cultivate joy, encourage stewardship, and deepen appreciation for both the Creator and His creation. Together they have two grown sons, and three grandchildren.
